If you’re ready to explore whether ADHD may be impacting your daily life, our team at CareForce offers a simple and supportive process to help you get answers and find the right treatment path.
Call us to schedule your initial appointment. This first visit can be done in-office or via telehealth whichever you prefer. Appointments are started once your intake forms (emailed) are completed.
Please note: No controlled substances (such as Adderall) will be prescribed until the patient is seen in person.
We may start with alternative, non-stimulant treatment options until the in-person visit is completed.
Step 2: Complete Your ADHD Intake Assessment
During your first appointment, you’ll complete a clinical ADHD intake assessment with one of our providers. This allows us to fully understand your symptoms, history, and any related concerns.
Step 3: Discuss Treatment Options
Together with your provider, you’ll decide if medication is the right course of action. If stimulant medication like Adderall is being considered, an in-office visit is required, which includes an evaluation with both a licensed counselor and your medical provider.
Patients enrolled in our monthly M.A.T. (Medication-Assisted Treatment) program may qualify for special discounts.
We’re here to help you get the clarity and support you need—without long wait times or guesswork. Call us today to begin your ADHD assessment.
We have team members ready to help you get started on your mental health journey. Call or text us Monday through Saturday to get started.
Everyone experiences stress and anxiety at times but when it begins to interfere with daily life, it may be time to take a closer look. At CareForce, we offer compassionate, whole-person care that addresses both the emotional and physical causes of anxiety. A professional mental health assessment is often the first step to gaining clarity and taking back control.
Step 1: Schedule Your Appointment
Call us to schedule a telehealth or in-office visit. Before your appointment can be confirmed, we ask that you complete our Total Wellness Intake Packet, which can be submitted in person or via email.
Step 2: Complete Your Mental Health Assessment
Your assessment begins with a comprehensive evaluation by our certified Nurse Practitioner (NP). Afterward, you’ll meet with one of our experienced counselors or peer support specialists to review your paperwork, discuss your goals, and explore your symptoms in depth.
Step 3: Consider Bloodwork (If Recommended)
In some cases, physical imbalances especially in the gut can contribute to anxiety. If appropriate, we may recommend lab work through our partnered lab to assess your overall health and rule out biological contributors to your symptoms.
Mental Health Assessment: $125
Includes an evaluation by our certified Nurse Practitioner, a follow-up session with a counselor or peer supporter, and a personalized care plan tailored to your needs.
Bloodwork: Ranges
These costs depend on panels needed/ordered. Although insurance may be used, CareForce is not responsible for non-covered costs. For self pay, we offer discounted bloodwork panels customized to fit your needs.
Medication Management Program:
Patients enrolled in our monthly M.A.T. (Medication-Assisted Treatment) program may qualify for special discounts as low as $20 per month.
When you feel anxious, your body shifts into high alert activating the HPA axis (hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis), a key system regulating stress. This triggers the release of epinephrine (adrenaline) and cortisol, flooding your bloodstream with sugar for immediate energy, an evolutionary response designed to help you escape danger, like fending off a bear. But in modern life, that energy often goes unused, converting to fat over time.
Hans Selye, a pioneering endocrinologist, first described this "General Adaptation Syndrome," outlining how prolonged stress can dysregulate the body's systems, leading to chronic anxiety, fatigue, and metabolic changes. Interestingly, cortisol can be temporarily lowered by consuming carbohydrates, explaining why stress cravings often lead to sugar and comfort foods.
However, there are many holistic ways to rebalance your system and reduce anxiety naturally, including:
✔️ Medications - tools used for dramatic and often quick relief
✔️ Mindfulness & breathwork – calming the nervous system
✔️ Exercise & movement – burning off excess stress hormones
✔️ Nutritional balance – stabilizing blood sugar & reducing cravings
✔️ Adaptogenic herbs & supplements – supporting adrenal health
✔️ Therapeutic support – reframing stress through counseling
At CareForce, we help you regulate stress holistically addressing anxiety at its root through science-backed, mind-body approaches.
Sleep and rest play a critical role in your overall health especially when it comes to weight loss, mood, and metabolism. Research shows that adults who consistently get less than 7 hours of sleep per night are more likely to experience obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and depression. In fact, a study published in the journal Sleep found that people who slept less than 6 hours per night had a 55% higher risk of becoming obese compared to those who slept 7–9 hours. When your body doesn’t get enough rest, it disrupts hormones like leptin and ghrelin that control hunger and fullness, making it harder to manage cravings and stick to a healthy lifestyle.
If you’re trying to lose weight, boost your energy, and feel better overall, prioritizing quality sleep is essential not optional. Improving your sleep hygiene can make a big difference in how your body burns fat, balances hormones, and recovers from stress or workouts. Try these simple tips to start improving your sleep:
✔️ Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends
✔️Avoid screens (phones, TVs, computers) at least one hour before bed
✔️Keep your bedroom dark, cool, and quiet
✔️Limit caffeine and alcohol intake, especially in the evening
✔️Wind down with a calming routine like stretching, reading, or meditation
Investing in good sleep is one of the most powerful steps you can take toward better health and a leaner, stronger body.
Research consistently shows that connection and community are powerful contributors to health and longevity. People who live in close-knit communities and prioritize meaningful relationships often enjoy lower rates of chronic illness, improved mental health, and even longer lifespans. Blue Zones—regions of the world where people live significantly longer—reveal that strong social ties, frequent family interactions, and a sense of belonging are common traits among these long-living populations. Humans are wired for connection, and consistent, genuine interaction helps reduce stress, boost immune function, and give life purpose and joy.
Here are a few ways to build more connection and community in your life:
✔️Attend a local church or faith-based community to build consistent, value-driven relationships
✔️Join a Celebrate Recovery or support group to connect over shared experiences and healing
✔️Explore new hobbies or group classes (like art, fitness, or cooking) that naturally bring people together
✔️Participate in local events or volunteer opportunities to meet like-minded individuals
✔️Engage in social media groups that reflect your interests, passions, or goals—then try to meet locally when possible
Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered support group that helps individuals overcome a wide range of issues, from addiction and anxiety to codependency and trauma. It offers a safe, welcoming, church-like environment where you can connect with others who are also working toward healing and personal growth.

At CareForce, we offer GeneSight® testing to help personalize your treatment plan especially when it comes to mental health and medication management.
GeneSight is a genetic test that analyzes how your genes may affect your body’s response to certain psychiatric medications, including those used to treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other behavioral health conditions. This test can help reduce the trial-and-error process of finding the right medication by showing which drugs may be more effective or more likely to cause side effects based on your unique DNA.
Note: GeneSight is occasionally covered by insurance, but CareForce is not responsible for any costs not covered. Patients are encouraged to verify their coverage directly with GeneSight or their insurance provider. Visit www.Genesight.com for more information.
We recommend completing GeneSight testing before beginning any medication management so we can make the most informed, effective decisions about your care.
